Floraphy - Terms of Service

Welcome to Floraphy (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website https://floraphy.uk or any of our floral design, ikebana, or flower-growing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before using our site or making a booking.

Floraphy is a floral design studio based in Richmond, London, offering bespoke wedding and event flowers, ikebana classes and displays, and flower cultivation.
We are in partnership with Resoria, a shop-based florist in Twickenham specialising in wedding, event, and retail flowers.

Our work includes:

• Wedding and event floral design and styling
   
• Ikebana workshops, installations, and cultural displays
   
• Flower growing and cultivation of seasonal, chemical-free flowers
   
• Consultations, proposals, and delivery/setup services
   

All services are subject to availability, seasonality, and prior booking.

• A non-refundable deposit (10–20%) of the total quote is required to secure a date or booking.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the wedding, event, or scheduled service.
   
• For ikebana classes, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
   
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.
   
• All prices are in GBP and may include VAT if applicable.
   

• Any major design or quantity changes should be confirmed at least 3 weeks before the event or delivery date.
   
• Cancellations after a deposit has been paid may incur partial or full charges depending on work already completed or materials purchased.
   
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials based on seasonal availability or quality considerations while maintaining the agreed overall look and aesthetic.
   

• We provide delivery, setup, and recollection services within Greater London and nearby areas.
   
• Specific delivery or access details must be confirmed in advance.
   
• We cannot accept liability for delays or access issues caused by external factors such as traffic, venue restrictions, or extreme weather.
   

All flowers are grown or sourced with care, prioritising seasonal, natural, and chemical-free materials.
As natural products, variations in size, colour, or form may occur and are considered part of their character.

For ikebana classes, demonstrations, or installations, participants are expected to handle tools and materials responsibly.
We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of scissors, wires, or other tools during classes or workshops.

We may take photographs of our floral work or ikebana arrangements before or during installation.
Images may be used on our website, social media, or printed materials for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before your event or class.

All images, text, and designs on our website and marketing materials are owned by Floraphy or used with permission.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without our written consent.

While every effort is made to provide reliable, high-quality services, Floraphy shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, substitutions, or cancellations beyond our control.

We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws (GDPR).
Your contact details are used only for communication and service delivery related to your enquiry or booking.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
